Policies

Check-in: 14:00 - 22:00
- Guests are required to show a valid photo identification and credit card upon check-in.  There is a late check-in fee of $35 after 22:00 till 24:00.

Check-out: 11:30 - 12:30

Curfew: Entry to and exit from the property will be closed between the hours of 24:00 and 05:00. Exceptions apply with advance notice.

Children and beds:
- Children of up to 2 years of age can stay for free
- Children older than 2 years and younger than 12 will pay child price per night
- Children of 12 years up to 18 years of age will pay half adult price per night
- Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults.
- There is no capacity for cots at this property.
- There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.

Age restriction: The minimum age for check-in is 25

Parties: Parties/events are not allowed; This is a non-smoking property with smoking permitted in designated areas.

A Damage Deposit of $150 is required at check-in to protect against damage and theft. Smoking in the room will incur an additional charge for laundry. This deposit will be reimbursed at check-out. 

Quiet hours: Guests must be quiet between 23:00 and 06:00.

Pets are not allowed.
